How to make homemade coconut flour



  1. Heat your oven to 120°F 
  2. In a baking sheet lined with parchment paper spread the coconut pulp and bake for 45 minutes, it has to be completely dried. 
  3. Remove from the oven and let it cool-
  4. Blend the pulp with a food processor until you get a fine powder, and that's it! you can use it as a regular flour substitute!
