“I have no time to cook” shouldn’t be an excuse anymore. If you want to have some comfort food and eat something nutritious this 4-Ingredient Vegan Chili is all you need. You can freeze it, store it and it can be easily done with ingredients you already have at home.
Prepare this 4-Ingredient Vegan Chili in 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Textured vegetable protein (whichever you prefer, I like to use soy)
An onion diced
A can of diced tomatoes
A can of beans, dried
Instructions:
Any vegetable protein will do
Cook the previously hydrated vegetable protein, I use a spoonful of olive oil and a little bit of chili powder for color and taste.
Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes add the beans and tomatoes and stir to combine, reduce the heat to medium-low, cover and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat, serve and enjoy! You can top it with whatever you like, tortillas, cilantro, green onions, or whatever you have at home!
