This recipe features honey, which is packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. It is also a powerful antibacterial and antimicrobial compound that can help your immune system. In addition, it is a gut-friendy prebiotic – aka food for prebiotics. 

There is also an important ingredient in this lemonade, which is whey, a protein in milk that contains amino acids, vitamins, and miners, easy to digest and absorbed. 

This recipe features honey, which is packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals.  

Last, but not least, lemon, of course, which is antioxidant-rich due to its content of vitamin C!

Method:

  1. Dissolve the honey in the water – I usually warm the water first, make sure not to boil it, as it could interfere with the honey's compounds.
  2. Pour the lemon juice and way, and use an airtight bottle to store the lemonade.
  3. Let the lemonade sit at room temperature for 4 days, up to seven days.
  4. It will have become frizzy by then, and the more time you level it the sourer and more frizzy it will become.
  5. Add some ice and enjoy!
