The famous rapper, Gucci Mane, has managed to lose weight with an effective training routine. And in order to motivate others, he has shared is routine!

Gucci Mane is 41 years old and continues to demonstrate his progress. He changed many daily habits and began to worry about his health and wellness. He went from eating fatty foods to maintaining a healthy diet. As a result, he has achieved a dramatic body transformation that he continues to work on up to this day.

“For people who ain’t in shape, people who ain’t healthy, people who need some inspiration, listen: I was 290 pounds, now I’m 190 pounds. I lost 100 pounds. I’m 190 right now. I said I’m 190! So check this out: You can do it if I can do it. Use me for inspiration. ‘Cause I’m seeing a lot ya’ll and y’all look terrible.”

The “Wake Up in the Sky” rapper showed off his new abs on Instagram, shared his plans to go for a swim later as exercise.

Gucci has introduced all sorts of things into his lifestyle to stay fit. If you follow his Instagram, you’ll see he likes to play basketball, bike, boxing, working out with weights, cardio, and more. He said he was working out six days a week, Monday through Saturday, for an hour and a half.

“I used to live a life of excess, greed, and gluttony. But now I’ve learned to challenge myself to get up every day and push myself to live a healthier lifestyle."

He also rid his diet of a lot of bad food and vices, including that lean we mentioned earlier.

“I eat squash, which I never ate before, along with zucchini; I eat a lot of cashews, peanuts, bananas, apples, and I love salmon and chicken”.

 He maintains other healthy habits in his daily routine to stay in shape. It was a total change in his life.

“I try to eat very clean, and I drink about 120 to 130 ounces of water a day. I mark everything I eat on a chart so I can keep track of my daily intake.”
