Modern Witch: Create Sage spray to banish negative energies if you can't smudge

Smudging is an ancestral practice to cleanse your home from negative vibes, but what happens if for some reason smudging is not an option? Here is how to create a Sage spray to banish negative energies.

I love smudging, I immediately feel the stress from home lift and I like the peaceful atmosphere it creates. But for some, this is not an option. Some people have allergies or other respiratory illnesses that prevent them from burning sage at home. Whatever the reason, there are plenty of effective ways of cleansing your home. This sage spray is a great alternative to smudging. 

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Vodka (or any other spirit of choice)
• 1 oz. Water
• 4 drops of Sage Essential Oil to banish negativity
• 1 piece White Sage Leaf to banish negativity
• 1 sprinkle Salt for cleansing

Method:

1. Add all ingredients to the bottle, one at a time setting your intention for each ingredient. 
2. Close the bottle and combine all the ingredients.
3. Spray it on all your corners of your house and even to your clothes.
