Khloe had been dealing with a cycle of weight loss and weight gain for years until she decided to make a more sustainable and long-term change

For me, that's how I lost all my weight before and how it stayed off. I used to fluctuate weight because I would try all these diet fads and then I would gain the weight right back. I would always yo-yo."

Following the birth of her daughter, True, Khloe embarked on a wellness journey that has really paid off.

Khloe Kardashian's eating habits

I'm currently on a low-carb diet that my nutritionist gave me,” the mom shared in the past. “It has lots of protein, so I'm able to go all out at the gym, but the best part is that I'm never hungry because I'm always eating!”

Her diet plan consists of eight meals a day and she drinks lots of water. She focuses on green leafy veggies, lean meat, fruit, fatty fish, eggs, poultry, nuts, and single ingredient starches

Khloe works out about 6 times a week for at least 30 or 45 minutes. She varies her workout routine regularly so as not to get bored. She does a mix of cardio and HIIT. Her favorite cardio exercises are jumping rope and running on the treadmill or the elliptical. This started as a way to stay away from negative thoughts:

I started going to the gym during my divorce, like a significant and consistent amount for my mental [health]. I needed a release and I needed to feel strong and I just needed to get rid of all these thoughts. And, I wanted to be alone and the only place to really be alone was to be on an elliptical with headphones in my ears and kinda just vibing out.”

Remember to be patient with yourself, it takes time and effort to see results. Start by putting yourself up for small steps rather than short-term big milestones. Don't deprive yourself of food, eat in moderation. Drink lots of water, and the effort will pay off.
