  1. In a bowl, put the cup of white whole wheat flour, add the pinch of salt, the tablespoon of baking powder, and the tablespoon of baking soda. 
  2. Gently mix the ingredients and add the cup of the unsweetened vegan milk, with the tablespoon of ground cinnamon and the melted coconut oil.
  3. Stir until all the ingredients are combined. Do not over stir the mixture. 
  4. Let it sit for 5 minutes to let the baking powder get activated. 
  5. Turn on the stove over medium heat. In a nonstick skillet, put a little bit of coconut oil.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the skillet with a scoop. Let them cook for 2 minutes, or until they get golden brown on both sides. 
  7.  You can try with some vegan Nutella for topping or others you like the most!
