This vegan version is gluten-free and is ideal for any snack. It is a very simple and quick recipe!
Forget chicken wings and try this vegan version that is undoubtedly one of our favorites. Unlike the chicken version, this one will provide you with vegetable protein, minerals, and vitamins that cauliflower has. It is a good option to delight your guests at any gathering.
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
For the breaded
- 250 ml of almond milk
- 120 gr of buckwheat flour
- 1 tbsp of onion powder
- 1 tbsp of garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp of sweet paprika
- 1/2 tbsp of black pepper
For buffalo sauce:
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of tahini
- 2 tbsp of garlic powder
- 2 tbsp of sweet paprika
- 1/2 tbsp of cayenne powder
- 4 tbsp of apple vinegar
- 4 tbsp of tomato sauce
- A half-cup of water
How to:
- Wash the cauliflower and separate the cauliflower into florets. Discard the leaves and stem.
- Preheat the oven at 450ºF
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients of the bread until they are integrated.
- Dip the florets into the bread.
- Place the cauliflower wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes on each side
Dip all the cauliflower wings in the Buffalo sauce and shake to remove excess.
Put them back on the tray and bake them for 10 minutes till they get a golden brown color. Time to eat!
