It is perfectly normal to gain some weight now and then and especially after a pregnancy. But that doesn't mean that it is easy. Kylie has said in the past:

The changes she had to make
Kylie chooses to eat homemade foods, she tries to stay away from junk food and she has completely cut off dairy. She is actually intolerant to lactose, so when she stopped eating dairy she naturally debloated. She drinks a lot of water and she also eats celery juice - it is known to have lots of nutrients, Kylie also loves to have detox teas. Just like her sister Khloe, Kylie doesn't recommend fad diets or being extremely restrictive when it comes to eating – she is working towards being healthy.

- Before having breakfast she has a celery juice
- Breakfast: eggs, smashed avocado, and bacon
- Lunch: juice and kale salad with chicken or guacamole with tacos
