This is a very simple recipe I resort to when I don't feel like cooking a lot but I still need to indulge in something creamy and sweet. It is vegan, gluten-free, low in calories, and packed with vitamins and minerals! This recipe is for 4 people, but you can half it if you are planning to have it yourself,
5-Minute chocolate avocado mouse (Raw, vegan and gluten-free!)
1 cup almond milk
3 ripe avocados
1½ cups cacao powder
¼ cup agave syrup
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth paste, make sure that the avocado is cold and the pit has been removed.
- Once you get a mousse-like texture serve in small cups and refrigerate for half an hour if necessary.
