These are the 3 ways in which you can improve your workout routine

Results take time!

It is important to maintain healthy habits every day because eating a healthy and balanced diet and getting enough sleep, 8-10 hours a day, is the key to your body recovering well after each workout.

Don't panic, it is normal that you have been exercising constantly for a few weeks and don't see the results. This is partly because we are always the last to see our changes, and it is a process that takes time.

1. Short term projections

As you look at your progress, look at whether you are holding out longer on cardio or feeling stronger and more energetic, because those are the results that really matter and will keep you much more motivated. You will notice that later on an aesthetic level as well.

2. Get enough rest to recover

Exercise creates stress on the body, this stress results in inflammation and fluid retention. Take one day a week to rest (more if you need it), you can walk or do yoga, as long as the intensity is low. Just let your body recover.

3. Combine different types of exercise

It is necessary to complement your favorite exercise with different ones so that the results are better.

Ideally, you should follow a varied and balanced combination:
• High Intensity: 1-3 times a week.
• Long routines: 1-2 times a week (can be strength training, yoga, and/or mobility).
• Rest: The rest of the days. You can do active recovery, we explain it here.

Whatever combination you do, it is important that you work on your whole body, don't obsess only on one part of your body. The results will soon come if you are consistent in your training.
