Lily-Rose Depp

For the famous actress and model, Lily-Rose Depp, working out is not an exhausting activity that she has to do to be in shape, she really enjoys working out.

"It makes me feel happy - it releases endorphins and makes you feel good. I like to walk places as much as I can and keep active. But in terms of workout classes and things like that, I get bored really easily so I definitely like the faster, dancey ones,” she told Vogue. So when she does not have a good day, she goes running or walking and that makes her feel really better.

Kate Hudson

Kate looks gorgeous at 41. What is her secret? She follows a workout routine with a variety of exercises to stay motivated. The actress loves pilates, dance cardio and she also goes to a gym in Los Angeles.

"I just love pilates, it’s so expansive. You can do so many different things. I love how it strengthens the body because it feels very internal, I love how it lengthens the body,” she explained.  “[Also,] I sometimes go to this one place, Circuit Works, in Los Angeles. I actually like it because the sprints are short and hard and the circuits are intense. So when you’re done it’s the most amazing workout."

Camila Cabello

Camila knows the importance of exercising but due to her busy schedule, she finds it difficult to keep fit. "I’m pretty bad at keeping fit other than the fact that I’m always moving around and running around. My show that I do every night is super active - there’s a lot of dancing and I jump around a lot," she said.

Karlie Kloss

Since she has taken part in the marathon in New York City, she has started to include running in her workout routine. "I ran the marathon in New York City which was a new challenge for body and mind!. Running has been something I’ve gotten much more into. Also, I love light strength training - high reps using different weights and things that build long and lean muscle," she told Vogue.

Elle Fanning

The actress has always exercised in her free time. When she was younger, she did ballet, “that’s the best form of exercise. It’s elongating.” But now she is into boxing, which she really enjoys. However, she also works out at home, “I do more fitness stuff when I’m at home and it’s part of my daily routine because that’s so much easier,” she told Vogue.

Working out is part of her daily routine but sometimes that is hard because of her schedule. “Every time I go somewhere I’m like 'can you send me a pair of Nikes? I forgot my shoes!' I always forget something.” When she has time she loves doing abs and ass and running.
