- 400 gr of plain soy yogurt (sugar-free)
- 20 gr of puffed kamut wheat
- 1 kiwi
- 10 gr of raspberry
- 10 gr of blackberries
- 5 gr of nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts and/or almonds)
Quick and simple
Place the yogurt in a bowl. Top with chopped fruit, berries, Kamut and chopped nuts.
