Kate Middleton is used to the limelight. Followed by photographers every time she sets foot outside her home, she knows that her every move is being analyzed. Not to mention the energy required to carry out her royal duties. 

Thus the Dutchess prioritizes her health and always looks radiant. Good food and exercise are at the core of her daily activities. Let's take a look at her favorite meals.

Breakfast:

According to the Mail Online, the Duchess blends a combination of kale, spirulina, matcha, spinach, romaine, cilantro, and berries for a healthy smoothie.  Her stepsister, the Dutchess of Sussex is also a fan of her morning smoothie. 

Lunch:

Though not a vegetarian, Kate Middleton has revealed she mainly likes to eat meat-free dishes for lunch. She's a big fan of Indian food and loves tucking into a veggie curry regularly. 

Dinner: 

Some of her favorite dishes are said to be watermelon salads, tabbouleh, ceviche, and gazpacho. She also loves to cook, although her tastes do not always agree with those of her husband. Kate loves spicy food while the Prince has been said to struggle with many spices.

Snacks:

The Duchess is known for her healthy snacks, such as raw fruit and vegetables, nuts, and goji berries.
