The most delicious smoothie: celery and kefir
Kefir is a fantastic way to get your probiotics in, and all the green goodness this smoothie provides a great energy boost (and is a must for beautiful skin).
- 0,5 cup spinach leaves
- 1 pear
- 1/4 cup chopped celery (fresh)
- a small piece of fresh ginger (peeled)
- mint leaves
- 0,5 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey (skip if you’re vegan)
- 1 cup of kefir or natural unsweetened yogurt (soy yogurt or water kefir if you’re avoiding dairy)
Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy.
Life-changing celery and apple smoothie
Apples and celery are a match made in heaven. Try this smoothie as a healthy dessert. Yum!
- 4 sweet apples, chopped
- 2 cups of water, or coconut water
- 200 g yogurt (soy or unsweetened dairy)
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 tbsp honey (skin if you’re vegan)
Blend all the ingredients together and serve. Add ice or a frozen banana if you’d rather have it as a dessert or a smoothie bowl. Top with granola and tuck in!
