Aging, sun exposure, stress, and even your daily routine are just some of the factors that leave marks on your skin. In addition to a healthy diet, good hydration, and a good rest every night, you can help rejuvenate your skin with some DIY skincare products and facemasks.

It may seem like having shiny, soft, and healthy skin is only achievable through spending a lot of money on skincare products and cosmetics, but this couldn’t be less true! There are many natural treatments that are excellent and very effective to rejuvenate your skin, most of which you can try at home with everyday life ingredients!

Try using avocado in your skincare routine

1. Avocado Mask

This fruit (technically a berry!) has many nutrients that our skin can take advantage of. The carotenoids and vitamin E prevent the skin from free radical damage, and vitamin C contributes to collagen production. In this way, you can have the skin firm and smooth. The good news is that for this treatment you will only need an avocado.

  1. Remove the peel and avocado seed.
  2. Use the paste as a mask. Spread it over your face and leave it between 10 and 12 minutes.
  3. You can use this mask weekly.
  4. Never forget to patch test any product (natural and otherwise) before applying it to your face.

2. Coconut milk

Coconut milk will help rejuvenate your skin in just a few minutes.

The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of coconut milk will help you refresh and rejuvenate your skin in just a few minutes. Coconut milk contains Vitamin C which helps maintain elasticity and flexibility of the skin. It also prevents wrinkles, saggy skin, and age spots.

  1. Soak the cotton ball in coconut milk.

  2. Gently pat over the face.

  3. Rinse with lukewarm water after 20 minutes.

  4. You can repeat it 2 or 3 times a week!
